Wednesday 23 March - Week 8, Day 4 Prayer "Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is discord, union; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; Where there is sadness, joy." Saint Francis of Assissi
Begin and end the day with St. Francis' prayer; if it feels more comfortable to do so, substitute Great Spirit, Divine Mother, Allah, or whatever name you will in place of Lord. Take time too to say your favorite prayer. When you say goodbye to people, share the prayer "May Peace prevail on Earth." |
